How you will make an impact:
The Sr. Pricing Manager will lead the pricing solutions to keep improving sales and market penetration, driving successful large deals while ensuring the business’ long-term financial objectives are met.
What you will do:
- Prepare journal voucher, ensure timely closing of AR module
- Work cross-functionally with FP&A, Commercial and Customer Services teams to support any outstanding discrepancies on AR
- Perform month end closing according company's policy, responsible for the BS accounts breakdowns prepare to make sure high quality control.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining appropriate internal controls to ensure 100% SOX compliance
- Reporting and analytics on Accounts Receivable related topics
- Participate in various finance projects and initiatives to drive improvements in execution
How you will get here:
Education
- BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or related field desired
Experience
10 years of direct experience in Pricing, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk, with strong people management experience. Excellent discernment and experiences working in a business partnering type role.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Excellent investigative, analytical and consistent track record to identify commercial team needs, invent new ways to meet those needs and solve ambiguous problems.

- Proficient user of SAP, Power BI, Cognos, excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Hire, lead, coach, strengthen and develop the finance & accounting team to enable professional and technical growth as well as talent retention.
- Promote a culture of personal responsibility/accountability and open communications.
- Demonstrates and promotes the company vision, values and competencies.
- Highly capable to identify process and control gaps and champion improvement initiatives through Practical-Process-Improvement
