The work can be managed fully remotely – with time-to-time office presence – from any location in Hungary.
Overall Purpose of Job:
Provide end-to-end support to the Lessons Learned (LL) ticketing process from identification and creation of Lessons Learned tickets, till the closure (cradle to grave) in the respective functional areas: Quality, R&D, Production engineering. Initiate and track requests for LL implementation in all KOSTAL locations.
Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:
- Support plant in creation of Lessons Learned ticket as needed
- Work with LL originator to validate the Lessons learned
- Communicate regularly with LL originator on status and progress of LL
- Review the Quality documentation of solved problems (so called „8D reports“)
- Request and track changes in anchoring documents from Subject matter experts until implemented and published
- Work with subject matter experts in their Functional area to embed the lessons learned in anchoring documentation , process standards , technical standards
- Evaluation of effectiveness of Lessons Learned
- Evaluate, if the applied corrective action fulfils the requirement to become a „Lessons Learned“ , and if yes, start the process by creating a „Lessons Learned Ticket“
- Lead Lessons learned coordinators network globally (approx. 30 people)
- Report to LL Regional Manager on status of LL in their Region and functional area
- Track implementation of Lessons learned globally
- Support the process until corrective actions are defined and implemented in our standards and processes, by inviting for meetings with respective KOSTAL experts and moderating them
- Knowledge of automotive problem solving process (mainly „8D process“)
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes in electronics / mechatronics
- Good knowledge of the business process in their Functional area
- Good communication skills in English
