Our responsibility is to find the most suitable indicators and dimensions from the PB-level data generated every day, and find insights that can be optimized from the most real business phenomena, and turn our findings into growth. [Tomato Novel] Tomato Novel is a free reading product launched by Douyin in 2019, dedicated to providing readers with a high-quality reading experience. Tomato Novels has a large number of genuine novels, covering mainstream online genres such as romance, urban, fantasy, and suspense, as well as a large number of original works of popular dramas and classic publications, and supports users to read and listen to books. 1. Lead the data analysis team of Tomato Novels, and be responsible for the data analysis related work of Tomato Novels 2. Responsible for the personnel planning of the data analysis team, and guide and train the members of the team 3. Have a deep understanding of the novel industry, and can give business directions and business model suggestions from the perspectives of industry trends and product forms 4. For specific business problems, independently design and develop models that can actually solve business problems, and promote implementation to solve business problems Landed overall product optimization plan 6.
