This is an exciting opportunity for a Accounts Payable Officer to join the finance team at the companies office based in Wetherill Park
About the Role
The opportunity is available for an accounts payable officer with previous experience in similar roles.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Coding and processing of invoices
- Pay supplier invoices in a timely manner.
- Reconcile supplier statements and accounts payable to the general ledger
- Handling supplier relationships, queries and rectify where possible.
- Matching invoices to purchase orders.
- $35 + super p/hr
- Growth opportunities
- Potential to go permanent after a short term contract
- Free parking on-site
This is an immediate need for an initial commitment. We are interested to speak to candidate who can demonstrate the following
- Prior experience in an Accounts Payable role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to multi task.
