1. Perform specific and a few repetitive manual assembly according to Work Instruction, Visual Aids and Samples.
2. Assembly with various type of equipments with or without fixture, pneumatic switches or tools according to specifications, following accurately given instructions in Work Instruction and Visual Aids.
3. Check 100% assembled parts to confirm good according to Quality requirement.
4. Report any non conformity to LO or Supervisor immediately via call for help or line stop.
5. Report any assignment instructed by superior as required.
6. To ensure good housekeeping (5S) on the shop floor.
7. Carry out work that may be assigned by superior.
1. Minimum SPM qualification, ability to read and understand BM and English.
2. Minimum height 156cm and above due to process station ergonomic design.
3. Do not allergic to chemical odor.
4. Able to stand 12hrs as it is standing operation.
5. Able to perform small parts assembly & inspection.
