Content/Copy professional should know how to establish tone, character, and messages that will effectively communicate with the target audience and fulfill the project objectives.

Should know how to develop innovative and engaging brand/multi-brand communication, devise communication strategies for single/multi-brand initiatives.

Will work along with the account team, interaction designers, junior designers and program team to develop print and digital media experiences and advertising campaigns that exceed client goals, carry out the creative vision, and fulfill the Marketing & Strategy mission.

1. Write, edit, post, and proof read content and copy.

2. Communicate with team leads to coordinate concept, copy, interface, graphic design and navigational structure of the project with attention to functional aspects.

3. Actively seek out and help define new creative possibilities for client engagements, from rich media ad units and social media programs, to original video scripts and anything print.

4. Assist in leading, developing and growing the copy/content team.

5. Serve as lead in communicating and presenting copy to internal teams and clients.

6. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry news and developments.

Work Experience Required: 3-5 years of experience, must be at a mid-level position in an existing creative team.

Skill Set Required:

1. Understanding of all forms of interactive marketing communication, online and off-line

2. Have real passion for all forms of consumer engagement.

3. Proven ability to develop crisp and winning creative communication.

4. Experienced with working in a creative/agency environment with proven conceptual and presentation experience.

5. Strong conceptual thinking.

6. Strong leadership skills – ability to work with and mentor Junior Designers.

7. Great communications skills – both with internal teams and while communicating or presenting concepts to clients.

8. Knowledge of the digital domain is essential. Candidates from mid-sized agencies with excellent presentation skills will be given preference.
