Job Scopes:
- Assist in handling day-to-day administrative tasks at Kota Kinabalu Branch Office.
- Assist in monitoring the operational performance and update accordingly to the Chief Operating Officer.
- Handle stocktaking, product, and asset management.
- Compile data, reports, and other required information for operational needs.
- Keep track and ensure timely compilation of stock and collection reports.
- Responsible for proper filing of branch documents.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by a superior from time to time.
- Always ensure cleanliness of the office.
- Able to support the office with any inquiries about admin work.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
- Willingness to be based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
- Immediate availability is highly preferable.
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
